By accessing or using AI Ka School ("AI का School", "Pathshala"), available at aikaschool.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

AI Ka School is a free, gamified learning platform that provides interactive courses in AI, coding, web development, cybersecurity, data science, game development, mobile development, and robotics for students aged 8–17 in India and worldwide.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• One person may only create one account
• If you are under 13, a parent or guardian should create and supervise your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
• Create fake accounts or manipulate the leaderboard/XP system
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload or transmit malicious content, spam, or harmful material
• Impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity
• Use the platform to bully, harass, or harm others

All content on AI Ka School — including courses, lessons, quizzes, code examples, images, mascot designs, and the platform itself — is the intellectual property of AI Ka School or its licensors.

• You may use course content for personal, non-commercial learning
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our content without written permission
• Code you write as part of practical exercises belongs to you

XP (experience points), streaks, badges, and leaderboard rankings are part of our gamification system and are for motivational purposes only.

• XP has no monetary or real-world value
• We reserve the right to adjust XP values or reset progress if abuse is detected
• Leaderboard rankings are calculated based on legitimate usage only

The Games section (Code Breaker, AI Boss Battle, Memory Match, etc.) is provided for educational entertainment. Game XP and scores are tracked locally and may not persist across sessions for all games.

AI Ka School is currently offered free of charge. To support the platform, we may display non-personalized, contextual advertisements.

• Ads will never be inappropriate for our age group (8–17)
• No personalized ad targeting for minors
• We reserve the right to introduce premium features in the future, but core learning content will remain free

AI Ka School is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• That the platform will be available 100% of the time
• That content is free from all errors
• Specific learning outcomes or results

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, AI Ka School and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
